Five weeks from now we will be in Guatemala. Anybody ready yet? We got our vaccinations today. We are getting excited as the time approaches and wondering what God has in store for us. The concert "A Song for Guatemala" is fast approaching and we have been praying earnestly that not only will the concert be a blessing to all who attend but also an effective fund raiser for a very good cause. We have placed numerous posters and flyers about town, aiming for a sell out crowd. Tax deductible receipts are available. For anyone interested please contact Summerland Alliance Church for details. We have a friend in Enderby who is collecting many supplies and gifts for the kids in Guatemala and she thinks she will possibly fill 3 suitcases. In preparing for our upcoming departure to Guatemala we have been wondering if anyone out there would be interested in doggie sitting for us while we are away for the 10 days, or knows someone who might be interested. Dios te bendiga! Adios!!
